Large, semi-savoyed green leaves make this cool hardy variety an excellent selection for yield and flavour through autumn, winter and early spring. The leaves have a fine flavour and are tender. Harvest the young leaves for a baby leaf crop. Use fresh in salads and steamed or sautéed/stir fried. Harvest plant whole or in a ‘cut and come again’ continuous crop. 60 seeds.
